RSS Bandit Now Can Be Synchronized with Google Reader, and NewsGator

Bandit is an RSS feed reader desktop which you have already spoken and that in his newly published Version 1.7 includes a feature with which many users have always dreamed: synchronization between desktop feeds with Google Reader. Now we can access a file menu option called? Synchronize Feeds?, Which allows us to link sources Newsgator, the previously mentioned Google Reader or Windows (Internet Explorer 7) with RSS Bandit.

Thus, every time you read an item in the application, it will appear as read in Google Reader, and also the reverse, so if we read an item in this NewsGator also be read as in RSS Bandit. So we will be forced to look down at the speed of a desktop RSS reader towards accessibility offered readers Web, but we can enjoy the benefits of both. And even we can use the feature to share elements of Google Reader or clipping of NewsGator not go to the web version of those readers.

Also in this new version has also improved the management of podcasts, because now we have a download manager to handle the drop in audio, video and all enclosures in general.

RSS Bandit is an open source application for Windows, which requires the latest version framework. NET 3.5 to work properly. Its interface is very similar to Outlook 2003, which may be a bit annoyed if we are working on Windows Vista (is inconsistent with the operating system). Besides the 1.7 version is in alpha stage at the moment so it contains huge amounts of bugs and errors.
